Hello…

I saw the list of supported languages in the new Photoshop and was wondering whether it’s built-in support (dual-byte at last, as a modern program should be), or should we wait for those tedious, archaic, seperate language versions?

Thanks

You are talking about entry into the type tool, right? Photoshop CS supports direct inline entry for a number of languages, no matter the language verion of the install. You just need to add in keyboards / IMEs to XP using Regional and Language options control panel, and remember to switch in Photoshop CS using the language bar.

Note that right to left and a couple of highly contextual languages aren’t dealt with well in the English version of the app.
