Can someone please view the header at :
www.matrix-wave.com and tell me what filter was used under the top image (where it says ‘ride the wave…’)? I created it and cannot remember what I did! Or, if you know of something similar that would produce a lighting effect like waves. Thank you!

If I’m looking at the same part of the header you’re referring to, that’s a lens flare (Filter>Render>Lens Flare).
