Hi all.. I tried searching this and didn’t find anything.. I have a copy of Photoshop 5.0LX can it be upgraded to 7.0 or CS?…if so,where?

You’ll have to call Adobe directly. They may have a deal for you but count on spending more than the regular upgrade price.
