Where to get ICC profiles you can redistribute?

Hi,
Can anyone tell me where I can find ICC profiles that I can distribute? I have a written a program and it converts rgb jpegs to cmyk. Problem is that it needs an ICC profile. The ones that come with photoshop such as the generic CMYK ICC profile work great but you can not legally redistribute these.
