Using Photoshop 7, I have a microsoft wireless optical mouse. When selecting the edge of an object in a picture, the mouse will become very erratic and take off on the right side of the screen. Any thoughts on this problem?

Yes: you need to get a new mouse driver version from Microsoft.

Logitech <http://www.logitech.com/> mouse drivers will also work with MS mice. I prefer them; you may not.

they also work well with logitech mice, which i prefer over ms mice! 🙂
