Creating Slices

Can someone help with creating slices in Image Ready. I seem to be able to create and name the slices, however where do I save these?

When you save optimized, it saves the slices in a folder called "images" in the parent folder you specify to save it in. It also saves the HTML to match the slices in the same parent folder. You know you can use the slice select tool to specify different levels of compression, or choose between Jpeg and Gif for each individual slice.
