I have photoshop7.0. I am working with a magazine company that wants me to save it for photoshop 6.0. I can not figure out how to do this. I have an appointment with the consultant this afternoon and need to get this to disk. Please help!!

Just flatten the file and save it as a .tif.

Just so you know PSD’s are backward compatible (To an extent). However a file saved in 7 will open just fine in 6. Just to be on the safe side you can check Maximize Compatibility under "File Handling" in your preferences.

As Graffiti said a Flat TIF file will always work.
