Total newb so be kind !
Previously when I had gone in the cropping tool once set could be moved vertically and horizontally as well as scaling by dragging the corner, but now once it will on allow me to scale and rotate, I can no longer drag just the side vertically or horizontally.
Could anyone advise just how I am awry ?
