I have some old pictures in black & white, is it possible to use features in Photo shop CS to color them. Please tell me how to do it or show me any web that teaches how color tham.

The procedure you’re looking for is called popping colour. If you put this search into your web browser you’ll get 3980 results:

I read some of the Photoshop tutorials and I understanding some of the things work now. Thanks alot for provided me some indicate links to the tutorial, they are really useful.
