Dear Folks,
OK, a Photoshop problem related to a recent Win 2K (SP4) system crash.
I’ve successfully installed the backup to my system partition, but Photoshop CS is broken!
When I try to launch it, it gets through 95% of the launch process and then presents me with the error message: "Could not initialize Photoshop because the ICC profile is invalid." I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop, and I still get that message.
So, somewhere, there’s a profile file and a pointer that tells Photoshop to look at it. Problem is, I have no idea where!
Anyone here got any helpful suggestions?
I know this may be a bit off the field, but I can’t tell if it’s a Photoshop-geek’s questions or a Win-geek’s question. (I’m also posting this in microsoft.public.windowsnt.setup)
Thanks for any and all your help.
