How can I tell what ICC profile is embeded in a JPG file ?

When I jet a JPG file from someone how can I tell
if there is an embedded profile and what type ?

IRfanview doesn’t tell me and if PC CS does I can’t find it.

Don’t blame me. I voted for Gore.

It depends on how you have set it up.

Go to File > Color Settings and ensure the Tick boxes about profile mismatches are set to "Ask". Any image which you open, and has a different profile or no profile will bring up a dialogue box.

Or down at the bottom left of the screen, you will see a little black triangle, if you click on it you will get some options and one is Document profile.
