Epson 1280 Printer Problem

For some reason, my printer is only printing 4 3/4" down from the top (the skips printing what should be on the rest of that page) – even though the print preview says it will print the entire 8 1/2 x 11 page. On Page 2, it does the same thing – only prints 4 3/4" down of what SHOULD be on page 2. The paper is set up for 8 1/2 x 11. I’ve reinstalled the current drivers. Any ideas?

Have you tried different paper size settings?
Different image sizes?
If the problem repeat itself it sounds like a mechanical failure.
