Problem ruuning Update in Photoshop 7.0

When Photoshop prompts itself to update or when I run update, I get the message, "Cannot connect to update, check your Network Connections" Not exact wording. In fact I have a blazing DSL connection in WIN XP, with no problems at all. Any ideas anyone might have would be greatly appreciate.

Jon,

Set the Online manager to never check for updates and check manually at Adobe.com every now and then. There is only one update for Photoshop 7 – the
7.01 update and you should have installed that ages ago!

The ‘Auto-update’ won’t actually auto-update anyway – just inform you what may be available
