I think Focus Magic is better than Photoshop’s Unsharp Mask because it restores focus over the entire image rather than just exaggerating the edges. You can find examples and download the software for a trial evaluation at:

There are many ways an image can get blurred or out of focus. It is commonly believed that once an image is out of focus you can’t restore the focus, but to a certain degree Focus Magic can do just that, using a computation-intensive mathematical process called deconvolution.
