I’m looking very seriously at getting one of the new FF Canon 5D camera’s and hope Adobe with get it into CS2 very quickly. I don’t want to spend months using Canon’s crude software.

First of all, the latest Canon DPP isn’t that crude at all anymore. Secondly, Adobe was very quick with an update when my 1Ds MkII came out, so I think that the 5D will be supported quickly too. Perhaps even before you’ve got yours (the will be a huge waiting list, I’m sure).
