Slow loading of Photoshop CS

I just installed CS, but it takes a very long time to load into my system. I have Windows XP with a 1 gig of RAM and a 1.7 ghz processor. Photoshop 7 had no problems loading. Does anyone have a clue? My e-mail is Thanks

move non plugin files out of the plugin folder.

What are non plugin files? Should .exe files for plugins like Dreamsuite and Mystical be in the plugin folder, or should these .exe files be moved to a different folder?

It won’t make any difference as to how they display in PS…..

And some need to be in the correct folders.
