After having my full retail version of PScs installed (and activated) for a few weeks, I got an error (I must paraphrase, I can’t replicate) like "activation can’t find a necessary file, please uninstall and reinstall this application".
This was not on startup, but after I’d had PScs running for several hours. It was minimized at the time. It closed PScs when I closed the error window (I’m glad there was no crucial image running at the time, it didn’t ask to save), and started back up fine without reinstallation.
What’s going on, and should I reinstall anyway? Has anyone else had this problem? This could seriously ruin someone’s day if they’d done a lot of work on an image since their last save.
