I’m looking for a way to make (rasterized) fonts in PS CS look 3D. Not just a little like with Bevel/Emboss.
Is there an easy way in PS CS with a filter or plugin? Or do I need a 3D program?

TIA,
Vincent

Did you try Layer Styles? Click on the Styles pallet and choose a predefined style.

Thnx, but I tried a lot of different styles, and they’re just not 3D enough.

Kai’s Vector tools and Illustrator are my favorite blend of flexibility and ease of use.

Thanks, but I don’t have Illustrator.

Bite the bullet and get a free 3D application:

Easy to use free 3D app: http://anim8or.com/main/index.html

Don’t worry, installing it won’t make your computer do this: http://www.angelfire.com/empire/abpsp/uni_stuff/computerchao s.gif
