I have made a custom brush to place a logo on my photos. What I need to do is change the "outline" color of the brush so that when I move it across the photo (and before I click) I can see
it against mid greys. Being color blind, I find it very hard to see where I am going to place the logo in various places!
Is there somewhere I can make a change, some sort of config file? I can’t find this covered in the manual or help pages. I hope I’ve
explained this well enough.

I don’t think there is a way. Why not use white on the brush on a different layer and when placed correctly, color it what you want. Or lower the opacity of the image layer, place the logo on a different layer and then raise opacity and Merge. Same kind of thing could be don with Blending Modes.
