new to photoshop.

i have a website in psd format. i open it up, and there are all these blue lines all over it. I had thought that they were the locations of each slice, but i guess they were just guides?.. anyway i went to file, save for web. save. as "html and images".
it saves an html file, and a images folder. the only problem is that it didn’t slice, it saved the whole thing as 11.jpg! and the html says <img src="images/11.jpg" … well, that didn’t help lol.

what did i miss here
