Try looking in the box where Photoshop came in, there is a manual and a separate shortcut chart…

Also, most of the short cuts are listed in the menus and in the help.

But… I’m using a Danish keyboard, so a lot of these shortcuts don’t work. I’m using Photoshop CS (english edition) by the way.

Yes they work (or is this a subtle way of asking if it was an illegal copy 😉 ).
I have used some in the past but my older mind has problems remembering all of the ones I would tend to use. Watching my daughter’s significant other whiz through some stuff made me wish I could remember more of them.
