hi all,
iam new to image procssng.i have been working on jpeg algorithm. i have few queries pls clarify them.
i have taken a image whose size is 8x8x3.
after rgb 2 ycbcr.i did downsampling,fdct,quantisation.
my matrix at this point consists of only a dc value and all zero’s .
[-22 0 0 ‘….];i have tried coding it but when compared with its jpg
image in bitformat using winhex s/w the mcus do not match.
kindly show me the directions.
