"stamped" effect?

Hi, I’m having a little difficulty with creating a satisfactory "stamped" effect that for a ring & text that surrounds a client’s logo… does anyone have a favorite combination of filters and/or other effects that you consistently good good results with? I’m so far unable to find a combination that will sell the look…

In Adobe Exchange, there are a lot of pre-canned actions that do this sort of thing. One that I’ve used and like is called Emboss-Embed-TCH.atn

Go to Adobe Expert center, register if you’re not already, and you can find it there.
