Hi,
Does anyone know of a keystroke, or otherwise quick, method of setting the foreground color to middle gray?

Thanks,
Ron

I’d use a middle gray swatch

Two possibilities are to create an action to set the fg color and map it to a function key, or press 5 to set the transparency to 50%. —

Sounds like a good way to get my feet wet with actions.
Thanks,
