Hello I am trying to get a program that will export Photoshop (7.0 and soon Photoshop CS) FROM pc and import them into Apple (I think it’s a G4 or maybe G5) I am talking about .PSD files and sometimes .Jpg files Can a program do this? (I will be using a USB thumbe drive

You do not need any program for that. Both PSD and JPG files are ‘multi-platform’, which means they are identical on Mac and PC.
