Hi everybody,

You have a rectangle or a square figure in photoshop. You put it in selection, for exemple, by SHIFT-LEFT CLICK on the layer. My question is : how to make the selection bigger (width+x pixels, height+x pixels), without making progressive contours like the "expend" tool does ?

Equivalent question : how to loose progressive contour when it is made ?

Go to Edit >Transform Selection and enter the desired dimensions in the fields at the top. To the left are actual pixels, then you have percentages, then you have degrees.
