This is a much talked about topic. There does not seem to be a quick fix for this issue. There are Middle Eastern versions of Adobe products. for short passages in Hebrew, I use a Hebrew font inside of PS CS and sdrawkcab txet retne. It’s a pain, but it works. For longer work in Hebrew, I use Dagesh Pro, a multilingual word processor that handles Right to Left languages, and print to a PDF, then place the PDF. It’s not ideal, but it can be made to work. I usually end up using a combination of PhotoShop and InDesign when I do this.

BTW Dagesh Pro handles Hebrew and Arabic languages as well as many Left to Right languages that do not use Latin (Western / English) letters, such as Cyrillic characters. If you do this type of work regularly, it’s a nice tool to have available.

not unless you have the ME (middle eastern) version of photoshop.
