Steps for face-changing using PhotoShop 7.0

I would like to know the steps to change the face of a photo. For example, I got 2 pictures with different face. I want to replace the face in the first photo with the second photo’s face.

How can I do that? I know PhotoShop can do it…

Any suggestion are appreciated.
