Keyboard not active in CS

Hi,
Anybody experienced this :
I can’t move text like before with the arrow key…
I can’t write in the bottom bar the size of pic (ex. 85 %) without got an sound error after I touch return key.
I can’t close window with CTRL-W.

I reinstalled CS. I got the same problems.
