photoshop brush version CS2 vs 7

I downloaded some brush files (*.abr). It says could not load the brushes because the file is not compatible with this version of photoshop. i have version 7. how can i work on?

I don’t know why you need other to give you the exact same answer you already knew <bg>. But just to make you happy

– It doesn’t work because different version has different way to handle different type of brush. That’s why we have newer version for newer options and newer features etc..

– You may want to make sure that whatever brush you gonna try is an older type of brush for older version of Photoshop.

Me, I didn’t use graphic type of brush until CS2 and I don’t see how older Photoshop can use them when the options/features wasn’t available then.
