prophoto space + blue jpeg’s

i’ve recently started working in the prophoto space in photoshop and note that now when i save photos as jpeg’s …they are blue-ish

has anyone seen this and does anyone have a work around?

Gray-ish yes, but not blue-ish in my experience. Put one of your images on a photo site, such as www.flickr.com, and some of us will have a look. —

as a "non-joiner" is there some other place i can post a pix?

obviously no net site wants one of my original tif’s as they’re (at least layered) about 300 meg’s 🙂 …

the jpg’s are of course, when set to 72dpi, are about 80k or so …

You really don’t have to "join" to use a free photo hosting service like Flickr, Photobucket, or the many others that exist. You do have to register, but that’s harmless. Even the services that will send you the occasional email (like Smilebox) give you the choice to "opt out" of future mailings.

Most will allow you to upload only .jpgs. You can crop your .jpg to, say, 650 px by (x) px at 72dpi and the size will be acceptable.
