Can anyone recommend a robust, user-friendly piece of image management software for a large organisation. It would need to record information such as sensitive issues, date taken, expiry etc etc. Cost isn’t too much of an issue.

If cost isn’t an issue and it’s going to be a multi-user database in a large organisation, then your best bet might be to commission a database programmer to design a custom image database.

Check out Extensis Portfolio. For a large organization, you’ll want to look at the server version.

I have been using Cumulus from Canto for image asset management and could not be more pleased.
