In your sample video, I had these observations/thoughts: Instead of making excuses for slow processing time, a smaller image would have worked just as well. After viewing the clip a couple of days later, it appears that you have done this.
Your speaking & delivery needs working on. Many times it is broken with "ahh…" It was very hard for me to continue listening beyond 1:30 of the clip. Maybe it would help if you scripted out your tutorial. This may also help with the proper naming of the tools, something that can either lend or remove credibility.
One thing I am kind of uncomfortable with is the fee. There are many free tutorials for Photoshop on-line. A Google search yields nearly 3,000,000 results. Granted, not all of these are worthy of being called good tut’s, but the law of averages is in the users favor.
