Hi,
Looks like my Matrox G550 is dying; having changed the monitor I’m still getting brightness variations over time, colour drifting slightly every few minutes etc, so I’m looking at getting a new card. I’m just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a PC card to use with Photoshop on Windows. I.e. I’m looking for a good stable "2D" display with good colour rendering.
I’m not the least interested in 3D as I do no modelling, and play no games. I currently run a resolution of 1920×1440, 32Bit and I’m still on 98SE as XP doesn’t seem to like my old Wacom. Monitor is a CRT.
Does anyone have any recommendations? I’m not made of money so the more reasonably priced the better 🙂
Thanks for any replies,
Ian
