I have some text that has been faxed a number of times. While still reasonably legible, all the lettering is "thick" and somewhat blotchy looking. Is there a way to make the lettering "narrower"?
In other words, perhaps what I want is the white pixels to eat a little bit into the black pixels? I have Photoshop 4, BTW.
