The background or the mans back ? That’s cool too.The background appears to be tall thin trees.
There must be someting on Adobe Studio Exchange

Take a look at the patterns and brushes. In particular, "trees_and_branches " by Theresa Martin in the brushes section.

Yeah, the ‘wall’ is just a shot at a bunch of tall thin bare trees with the lighting messed with a bit.
