Using Photoshop CS on Window XP. The only item that is grayed out is the auto crop and straighten feature. Tested scanner and it passed the photshop recognition test. There is not a problem when scanning and importing a single photo. The scan will show multiple photo’s in a scan, but then nothing can be done, for the command is in grey. I tried trashing the preferences, and did not find a favorable result. Are there any suggestions?
