I have the date when pic was taken on photo how do i take that off. ???

You can use the Stamp-Tool or better the Healing-Brush.

I’ve also had great results drawing around the date digits (ie one at a time) using the patch tool, and then moving the selection to another area – that way you can choose the most appropriate replacement area in real time.
