Does anyone have had this problem before? The rubber works fine (pen upside down), but the pen itself doesn´t!

Any ideas???

A few questions: Does the pen work in apps, other than PS? Do you have the latest driver from Wacom? If this is a PS-only issue, what tool is selected?
