I am new to photoshop and am learning as I go. I ran into a snag with text and am wondering if anyone has encountered a similar problem and was able to correct it.

When I hit enter after typing a line the text does not wrap around on a new line. Instead it goes back to the beginning of the original line and whatever I type ends up underneath the text on the first line. Unless I delete the first line I cannot see the second line.

I’m interested to know if it can be fixed or if it’s not even possible for the 6.0 version. If that is the case, I’ll be honest I find that a little sad.

I would appreciate any help on this! Thanks

Sharon

Never mind I just reset my tools and the problem fixed itself. Yeah!

To keep this from happening again:

If you look in the tool palette, there is a box called "leading." "Leading" (pronounced "ledding") is the amount of space between lines. If you have a small number in that box, the type will end up on top of itself.

Don’t neglect to update to 6.0.1.
