I was pleased to discover that PS7.01 seems to recognise the Orientation tag in the EXIF data from digital camera files, e.g. from recent Canon cameras. So the Browser shows the image in the correct viewing orientation, and drags into the main window correctly also.

I have not come across much publicity from Adobe given to this feature, which is bound to become more popular as more camera models utilise this EXIF tag. (Imagine having to select several hundred images individually, and rotating some clockwise, others counterclockwise, versus the "auto-rotate" using the EXIF tag! Great!)

On the other hand, why does the preview thumbnail in the Browser seem NOT to recognise the embedded ICC profile? Yet when the image is dragged into the main window, the correct profile seems to have been applied? Am I missing something in the settings?
