You are free to create whatever you like, using whatever fonts you like in a finished image, and have it commercially printed. There are no royalties to pay using it as you have described.

Many professionals create an image and embed the fonts used in that image for commercial printing (usually as a PDF), but functionally, there is no issue with what you would like to do.

And your English is better than many natives <smile>.
