How can i stop Photoshop cs from automatically turning photos when i open them Thanks Mark

The files are marked to be rotated when opened.

If you don’t want them rotated, use the file browser to mark them differently.

You probably have your digital camera set to auto rotate images based on camera orientation. Disable the feature in your camera to correct the source of your problem.
