I’m looking for some shot from above, no perspective floor backgrounds. Hardwood straight and parquet and perhaps tile. Any sources or bright ideas?

Do a concise websearch with a Meta Search engine like dogpile.com for wood flooring photograph. That will eliminate hits that have little to do with your subject. The flooring manufacturers have all kinds of pictures.

Search engines are your friend.
