Changing from PC to MAC

I am thinking about changing from a PC to a MAC, the only problem is that I just bought CS, does Adobe provide any option to change version of software?

They offer a cross grade – you will have to call customer service for pricing.

You can change platforms by going through a routine that consists of submitting a "Letter of Destruction" and persistance with Customer Service. I started the process in October 2003 when I bought my Mac and received the Mac edition of CS in the middle of January. Part of the problem may have been that Adobe was going through the change from PS7 to CS during that time. Be persistant!, ask to talk with a supervisor if you don’t get any action. Don’t give up! Mac and PS8 are a good combination. Mac handles scanner and printer drivers much better than XP because its Unix core is much more stable than the Pentium. Good luck!
