Im on a windows xp but at present there is no add topic window. When opening Photoshop CS I get the message," This application has failed to start because NEFLibrary 3.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this". I then click ok and everything seems to work normal with no problems. I did reinstall CS but same message. Thanks for any help

Reinstalled CS for the second time and it repaired it. Sorry to trouble you. Cheers Tom

And it sounds like you mis-installed or deinstalled a Nikon plugin.
