I struggled to get this automated. During the batching, if the Action uses File->Open, RAW file behaves differently compared to TIFF file.
RAW waits for response for dialog boxes but TIFF does not. So batching on RAW files was impossible.
I was able avoid this like this
1) Record an Action on a file displayed in "File Browser"
2) To execute the Action on multiple RAW files, go to "File Browser" and select the all the files using SHIFT key
3) In Automate->Batch Dialog, select "File Browser" for "Source:". Check "Override Action Open…" & "Suppress File Open.."
4) Select the "Folder" for "Destination:" and chose a folder.
Now action works on all the selected files in "File browser"
Let me know if I have complicated unnecessarily..:-)
Bye
Ramesh
Thanks
