WHEN WE PICK A REPLACEMENT COLOR FOR THE RED EYE BRUSH ALL WE GET IS A BLUE COLOR EACH TIME. WE CANNOT GET IT TO USE THE REPLACEMENT COLOR ?? HELP !

You don’t have to yell (all caps in your post. 😉

Here is a link <http://www.arraich.com/elements/pse_eeredeye1.htm> to Jay Arraich’s tutorial on red-eye removal. His method works better than using the red-eye brush IMO. If you’re using a Mac and OS X, you can always use iPhoto’s red-eye tool. Works great.
