How do I convert a B&W file from .psd to .jpeg? I’m using Photoshop CS and Windows XP. Save As works sometimes, but not always. Thanks, Paul

It depends on what B&W really means. Check Image|Image Mode. If it’s grayscale or RGB, it should save to JPG no problems. If it’s Bitmap (only two colors, black and white) then convert it to grayscale first, then save as JPG.

It also has to be in 8 bit mode, I think.
