If you have the original CD you should be able to find the User Guide on it in PDF format.

Peachpit Press (1-800-283-9444) offers a good PE2 manual in their Visual Quickstart Series for $19.99

I have this one that Joe mentioned above, By Craig Hoeschen and Chris Dahl. I find out of all the PSE books that I have, that this is the one that I pick up when I get stuck on something. It’s better than the manual, but do find the User Guide valuable too.
